Asana session focused on the Gheranda Samhita. Richard is a senior yoga teacher, scholar, and author. His humorous, precise, and accessible teaching style lures students to these more obscure texts for a deeper understanding of the modern applications.

RICHARD ROSEN will be teaching on October 23 rd and leading an asana session focused on the Gerunda Samhita and a philosophy overview in the afternoon – What is yoga?

Elise will explore the therapeutic possibilities of yoga postures and breathing awareness to develop structural alignment. Elise has used yoga with herself and students all over the world to improve the conditions of scoliosis and other spinal challenges. We will have a morning asana session followed by question and answer time in the afternoon.
