Back Care Yoga with Maggie Norton

Wednesdays 5.30 – 6.45pm, 9/30 - 10/ 28 (5 weeks)

Strengthen, stabilize, and relax your back. Back Care Yoga is designed to ease pain and tension, as well as improve flexibility, through a series of stretches, postures and focused breathing. This course is for both beginners and continuing students experiencing back pain or weakness.
